Make Star Shine! Fall Edition

Volunteers from across the city join hands and rakes for our annual “Make Star Shine Day”, organized by the city's Parks, Art & Beautification Committee!  We will be assisting Star seniors and those unable to rake due to physical constraints in a fall leaf clean-up. Please bring your own rakes, leaf blowers, and gloves to the event.  Volunteers are also requested to assist with trash pick-up projects along the two PAB Adopt-a-Highway roadway locations.  Trash bags and orange vests will be provided (adults only for safety, please).   We meet at the Star Riverhouse (960 S. Main Street) at 9 AM for a group picture and refreshments, to pick up leaf bags and location assignments, and then we will split up to go to various locations throughout Star.  Contact sspear@starpab.org
