HALO is about recognizing the needs of our citizens and responding with practical support. Led by the collaborative efforts of Mayor Chadwick, Star City staff, Star Police, and MidStar Fire, HALO is about the helpers in our midst, working together to provide a leg up, a friendly ear, or simply a place to connect. Whether it's organizing resources, creating spaces for friendship and camaraderie, or facilitating conversations, HALO is here to make a difference.
