ADVERTISEMENT FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Star (Owner) is requesting Statement of Qualifications for the Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I) services for the following Project:

State Highway 44, Bent Lane to Star Road

Qualifications for the Project will be received via email located at bids@staridaho.org, until Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 4 pm local time.

The Project includes the reconstruction and widening of two bundled State Highway 44 projects in Star, Idaho.

Obtaining The Bidding Documents

The Request For Qualifications (RFQ) Documents for the Project can be found online at the following designated website:

https://www.staridaho.org/rfps

Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective applicants are urged to submit their intent to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), even if Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a SOQ. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Owner will not be responsible for RFQ, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

Prospective applicants may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. Owner will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

The City of Star reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Star.
