Event Description:
The stage lights up at Hunter’s Creek Park for the Spirit of the Red, White & Blue Concert featuring Sweet Briar, a high-energy country rock band making their debut at Star's Hometown Celebration. While it’s their first time playing this signature event, many residents will recognize them from Star’s popular summer concert series.

Sweet Briar is known for bringing the fun—interacting with the crowd, getting the dance floor moving, and covering a wide range of popular country and rock tunes. The band features five talented performers: Andrew Chappell (vocals, guitar), Stephanie Forbes (bass, vocals), Aaron White (vocals, drums), Jamie Robb (vocals), and Mike Carroll (vocals, guitar).

Their experience includes regular gigs at local clubs, private parties, festivals, corporate events, and opening slots for some of the biggest names in country music including Tracy Byrd, Darryl Worley, Aaron Tippin, and John Michael Montgomery. Sweet Briar's mix of musicianship and on-stage chemistry makes them a perfect fit for the energy of July 4th in Star.
